Description

Crocheted Doily : This pattern contains instructions for creating the doily shown. This pretty piece is worked in two colors of Mercerized Crochet Cotton. Resembling the rings of eternal love, rounds are a combination of crochet and hairpin lace that are finished off with a medium size loose ruffle all the way around. The piece will measure a medium 13 inches when complete.

Materials:

  • J. & P. COATS BIG BALL BEST SIX CORD MERCERIZED CROCHET, Art. A.104, Size 30: 1 ball each of White and No. 8 Blue;
  • or CLARK'S BIG BALL MERCERIZED CROCHET, Art. B.34, Size 30: 1 ball each of White and No. 8 Blue.
  • Mllwards Steel Crochet Hook No. 10.
  • A hairpin lace staple, 5/8 inch wide.
