Ribbed Stole Knitting Pattern, Dotted with Pearls

Ribbed Stole No 653 : This pattern contains directions to knit the stole pictured. This stole has potential of evening quality. It is knit in two strands; petite knitting worsted and twinkleshine, a nice rib stitch and with pearls randomly spaced through the stole. The ends are finished with 10 inch fringe. (the fringe is just begging for a few more pearls, don't you think?) The knitted stole measures 20 x 68 inches before fringe. The pattern design is vintage 1952 from Bernhard Ullman.

Materials:

• Fleisher's or Bear Brand Petite Knitting Worsted, 6 (2-oz.) skeins and
• Bucilla Twinklesheen, 7 balls.
• About 63 Pearl Beads.
• Bucilla Plastic Needles, 1 pair Size 13.
