Square Blocks Loop Stitch Crochet Rug Pattern Contemporary

Contemporary : This pattern contains directions to crochet the rug shown. Just as you might expect, the rug is worked in Heavy Rug Yarn is a block motif. It's an interesting (which American Thread, vintage 1950 would call Contemporary), variation in that the blocks and staggered in two different sizes with the loop stitching forming the blocks. The run, when completed will measure 30 x 50 inches. 15 squares at 3 x 5 each are required for the rug.

• Aluminum crochet hook size G.
