Description

Three Pair of Socks : This pattern contains directions to knit the socks pictured. The pattern, vintage 1952 from Botany Yarn, is mans sized 10 - 12. The socks have the same pattern for the base / foot, and a different pattern stitch for the 3 different designs.

MATERIALS:

  • Botanized 4 ply 15 Sock and Sweater Yarn (2 oz. pull skeins). 2 sks. for all sizes.
  • 1 set each of Susan Bates No. 1 and No. 2 dp needles.

GAUGE: 8 sts =1"; 12 rnds =1".

Note: The 3 pairs of socks are all made the same on same multiple of sts. Work in pat desired.
