Anne Cabot 5803 Crochet Pineapple Doily

Fern Doily:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the doily pictured.   This medium sized doily features an interest pineapple wheel type center motif surrounded by a frilly fan border.   

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  This pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5803..  "Clever you to be able to crochet priceless lace like this enchanting centerpiece!  It will not only add sparkle to the tabletop but also win many compliments".  This design was included in the Anne Cabot 1958 Needlework Album. 

Materials:  4 Balls Size 30, Six Cord Mercerized Crochet Cotton, White or Ecru;   Crochet Hook: Steel # 12.
