Baby Blanket Afghan Crochet Mail Order 5877

Baby Carriage Robe or Afghan: This pattern gives directions for crocheting the blanket pictured. This vintage design was billed for baby, but make to any size you wish. This is a block motif in light and dark designs laid out in checkerboard style. The light blocks have a small flower motif in the center in the contrasting color of the darker block. Worked in Soft Spun Yarn, the finished blanket is 25 x 38 inches.

This is a Mail Order pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs. This pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5877 in 1957.
