Baby Girl Pink Baby Set Pattern, Garter Stitch

Knitted Pink Baby Set:   This pattern gives directions for the knitted baby set pictured.   The set, sized for baby 6 to 12 months, features a jacket, bonnet, mittens and booties knit entirely in Garter Stitch.  The jacket is front button  and all pieces feature ribbon ties and contrast trim. This pattern is included in a book review of American Thread Book 88.

Materials:  AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "DAWN" BABY YARN or "DAWN" INFANTS WOOL or "DAWN" POMPADOUR or "DAWN" PERMANENT "CRIMP SET" NYLON, 6 ozs. Baby Pink or color desired, 1 oz. Baby Blue;   1 pr. knitting needles No. 3;   1 set double pointed needles No. 3;   Plastic crochet hook No. 2;   8 Buttons;   1/2 yd. 1 inch Ribbon; 4 yds. 1/4 inch Ribbon 

GAUGE: 8 sts = 1 inch.
