Description

The set includes the baby blanket, jacket, detachable hood as well as a long pair of booties ... leggings you might say. It's an easy set, primarily worked in stockinette. The jacket is front buttoned with a small collar and long sleeves. Keep hood separate, or attach under collar. The booties reach up and over the knees to keep those little legs warm. The set is for baby at 6 months to 1 year. The pattern is vintage 1948 and appeared in an issue of Smart Knitting Magazine.

Materials:

  • Botany Germantown Pompadour, 12, 2-oz. skeins.
  • No. 1 and No. 4 knitting needles.
  • No. 3 crochet hook.

GAUGE: 6 sts-1". 8 rows-1".
