Description

Boys Raglan Cardigan: This pattern gives directions to knit the cardigan pictured. "V-neck cardigan, worked in separate back, front, and sleeve pieces to armholes, is knitted together at top for a raglan yoke. Easy textured pattern combines knit and slip stitches. The center front and neck edges have sewn-on ribbed bands. This is an easy pattern; perfect for beginners.   Directions for size 12. Changes for sizes 14, 16, 18 and 20 are in parentheses.

  • Body Chest Size: 30" (32"-34"-36"-38").
  • Blocked Chest Size (closed): 32" (34"-36"-38"40").

MATERIALS:  Knitting worsted, 5 (6-6-6-7) 4-oz. skeins;   14" knitting needles Nos. 6 and 8;   24" circular needle No. 8. (Or English sizes 7 and 5.);   Five long stitch holders;   Six buttons.
