Description

Fantastica Boat Neck Sweater : This pattern gives directions for knitting the slipon pictured. The unique mottled design calls for a verigated mohair yarn, or you may work as a solid color, if your prefer, when selecting your substitute materials. The design is vintage 1960 from Unger Yarn and features a boat neck slip-on that has long sleeves, a high neck, hip length and rib cuff bands. The pattern is written for misses size 12, with changes for 14 and 16 in parentheses. This is a fairly easy pattern, worked in stockinette stitch.

Materials:

  • Unger's MOHAIR FANTASTICA 8 (9-19) 40 gr balls
  • Hero size 6 knitting needles; Hero size 9, OR THE SIZE YOU REQUIRE TO OBTAIN STITCH GAUGE
