Bowed Beret Hat Knitting Pattern Anne Cabot Design 5291

Knitted Beret : This pattern contains directions to knit the hat pictured. The design is referred to as a beret. I'm not quite sure that's the correct style, an attractive hat it is. Fitting a bit lower on the head than a pillbox, this design has a slightly pleated back that is nicely bowed. The pattern is one size.

This is a Mail Order Pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs. This pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5291 in 1967.
