Description

Chevron Slipon : This pattern contains directions to knit the pullover pictured. Sized for boys at 10, 12 and 14, this slipon is sleeveless, vest style, with a high neck, ribbing at openings and an all over Chevron motif design. The design is formed by small broken cables. This pattern is vintage 1950s from McCalls.

Materials:  Chadwick's Red Heart Sock and Sweater Yarn, 3-ply, Art. E255, 4 (5-5) I-oz. "Tangleproof" pull-out skeins;  Milwards "Phantom" aluminum knitting needles, Nos. 1 and 3 (standard). English sizes 12 and 10.

GAUGE: 7 sts=l"; 9 rows=1"
