Description

Brick Tweed Suit: Here's a lovely set (knitted with crocheted borders) - a two piece suit, semi-fitted, collarless, front buttoned jacket with long sleeves. It is paired up with a straight, slightly above knee length skirt with elasticized waistline. This is a go-anywhere set ... dress it up or down. The directions are for size 12. Changes for sizes 14, 16 and 18 are in parentheses.

Materials:

  • - FLEISHER'S Win-Knit (2 oz. skein): 16 (16-17-17) skeins. 5 button molds 1/2" in diameter.
  • - Knitting Needles: 1 pair each "Boye" needles No.5 and No.6. "Boye" Nylon
  • Circular needle No.6 or size required to knit to gauge.
  • - Steel crochet hook Size 00.

Gauge: 5 sts =; 1"; 7 rows or rnds = 1". Crochet Borders-9 sc = 2".
