Description

Brooks Cardigan :   This pattern gives directions for knitting the cardigan pictured.   This is an easy pattern, referred to as a Brooks Cardigan in the 1944 (WWII) era.  The design features long sleeves, front button panel, hip length and ribbed edges.   This pattern is written for misses sizes 36 and 38.  

Materials:  Bear Brand or Bucilla Angel Zephyr or Fleisher's Fleecy Zephyr, 5 (6) skeins;   Bucilla or Fleisher's white knitting needles, 1 pair each, sizes 2 and 5 (Standard). English sizes, 11 and 8;   

Gauge: 13 sts=2 inches.
