Bulky Knit Coat Pattern

Town and Country : This pattern contains directions to knit, crochet edges, the coat pictured. This vintage style takes us back to 1948. This is an intermediate pattern design worked in Knitting Worsted. The jacket has loose fitting long sleeves, a high round neckline, upper thigh length and front pocket epualettes at both breast and hip level. This pattern is written for a misses size 14, with changes for 16 and 18 in parentheses.

Materials:

• Bear Brand Standard Knitting Worsted, (4-oz. Skeins). 7 (7, 8) skeins.
• 5 Large Buttons,
• 1 pr Shoulder Pads.
• Needles : 1 pr. No. 8.
• Bucilla White Crochet Hook No. 5.
• Needles : 1 pr. No. 8. Bucilla White Crochet Hook No. 5.
