Butterfly Crochet Chair Set Pattern, Alice Brooks 7330

Crocheted Chair Set:  This crocheted chair set is made of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton. The design may also be used as a buffet set or the butterfly may be used as ends for scarfs.  The finished chair back will measure 12 x 16 inches and the arm rests are 6 x 11 inches each. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7330 in 1944.  

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS:  1 (500 yard) skein of unbleached Mercerized Crochet Cotton and a No. 9 steel crochet hook.  The butterfly requires approximately 221 yards off cotton; each arm rest requires approximately 70 yards of cotton.
