Description

Striped Pullover : This pattern contains instructions for knitting the pullover pictured. This is a casual design, worked in Bucilla Nubby Knit (substitute), in three colors, in a narrow stripe pattern. With a high round neckline and elbow length sleeves and banded edges, the design is hip length. This vintage 1956 design is written for misses size 12, with changes for 14 and 16 in parentheses.

Materials:

  • Bucilla Nubby-Knit, 3 2-oz. skeins No. 99 Moss Green (A) ; 2 2-oz. skeins each of No. 11 White (B) and No. 81 Orange Spice (C).
  • Bucilla aluminum knitting needles Nos. 1 and 2. (Or English sizes 12 and 11.)
  • Two stitch holders

GAUGE: 15 sts=2"; 11 rows=1" (No. 2 needles).
