Childs Crochet Slippers, Doll Trim, Mail Order 873

Crochet Baby Slippers:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the slippers pictured.  These adorable slippers, with baby doll ornament, are crocheted in sports yarn and sized for children 7-1/2 to 11-1/2    It's an easy design, excellent for beginners.   The directions are the same for all sizes with the difference being the hook size.   

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Needlework Bureau X-873 in the early 1940's.   It was later released under the Anne Cabot brand.
