Description

Child's Head Hugger : This pattern contains instructions for knittting the hat shown. What an adorable hat, sized small, medium and large for our little ones. (Note: Pattern does not reference head sizes to correspond). The hat, with patterned front band, with knit to form a long peak in the pack. It has chin ties to keep it in place, that ends with pompoms ... pattern shows an additional pompom at the peak as well.

Materials:

  • Bear Brand or Fleisher's Petite Knitting Worsted (2-oz. skein) : 1 sk. of Red (A). Bucilla Handi-Wool: 1 card each of Green (B) , White (C) and Navy (D).
  • No. 2 and No. 4 knitting needles.
  • 1 set of No. 4 dp needles.

GAUGE: 7 sts = 1"; 10 rows = 1".
