Childs Knitting Pattern Easy Pullover

Childs Pullover: A child's sweater leads off this section on unusual pullovers. This one, for a boy or a girl, is of knitting worsted worked in stockinette stitch, with ribbing at the waist, cuffs, and neck; sleeves are set in. The interesting honeycomb yoke is made by slipping stitches and working colors from bobbins. Directions for size 4. Changes for sizes 6 and 8 are in parentheses.

• Body Chest Size: 23" (24"-26").
• Blocked Chest Size: 24" (25-1/2"-28").

Materials:  Knitting worsted, 2 (2-3) 4-oz. skeins blue, main color (MC). Medium-weight mohair, or knitting worsted, small amount green (G), aqua (A), white (W) and red (R);   Knitting needles Nos. 5 and 8. (Or English sizes 8 and 5.);   Seven bobbins;   Two stitch holders.
