Description

Dog and cat pullover : This is a knitting pattern with instructions for the pullover shown. A cute design sized 3 for our little boys and girls. The pullover sweater is an easy knit in stockinette in Soft Spun Cotton with long sleeves and ribbing and two front lower front patch pockets. Then, to add Fun to the functional, there is a dog coming out of one pocket and chasing and cat into the other pocket - worked in duplicate stitch to the included chart. This pattern is vintage 1950.

Materials:

  • Lily Soft Spun Yarn, 3 balls Main Color (MC) ;
  • Lily Pearl Cotton, Size 5, 1 ball Contrasting Color (CC) ;
  • Bates Silvalume 10" Knitting Needles Nos. 2 and 3; DP needles No. 3.

Gauge: 7 sts = 1"; 9 rows = 1".
