Circular doily in Pineapple Pattern :  This pattern gives directions to crochet the doily pictured.  Circular, crocheted doilies created pineapple design are quick and easy pastime work, requiring little concentration. One doily may to made in a couple of hours, and a complete luncheon set may be available for use st a moment's notice. Ivory, mercerized, crochet cotton is extremely effective when place against a highly polished table, and sets off one's china service to perfection.  Actual size in not stated.

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers.  The pattern was marketed as Needlework Bureau E-1086 in 1946.  The newspaper description:  "It only takes a couple of hours to crochet this beautiful doily in the favorite pineapple design".
