Coin Dots : This pattern contains directions to crochet the mat shown. It's a cute mat, perfect for the casual moved and one that certainly would be loved by kids. The coin dots, quite popular in the 1950s, in multiple colors at attached to to the basic 12 x 18 inch mat. The edges are finished by a small scalloped edge in one of the contrast colors.

Blue, Size 30; and LILYSIX STRAND FLOSS, Art. 21: 5 skeins No. 150 Oriental Blue and ½-skein each No. 392 Pink, No. 186 Brilliant Green, No. 124 Lt. Lavender, No. 202 Flame, No. 189 Chartreuse, No. 172 Rose, No. 181 Spring Green, No. 102 Orange, No. 222 Amethyst, No. 180 Pea Green, No. 104 Dp. Yellow and No. 390 Lt. Steel Blue.
