Description

Bag, Hat and Gloves :  This pattern contains directions to crochet the set shown.   A trio of patterns really.  First we start with a jaunty beret with a tri-color circular motif.  Then we have a circular drawstring bag with a ruffled top and flat bottom.  And, to finish off the set, a pair of crocheted shortie gloves.   This pattern set is vintage late 1950s from American Thread. 

Materials: - AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "STAR" FAST HEAVY CROCHET MERCERIZED COTTON,Article 140 (quantity/colors designated in patterns for each item) in Ecru, Forest Green, Flamingo and Chocolate;   - ¾ yd. Grosgrain ribbon;   Steelcrochet hook No. l.
