Crochet Afghan Pattern in Flower Medallions, Laura Wheeler 711

Design 711 : This pattern contains directions for a crocheted afghan and matching pillow, worked in gay daisy medallions shaped into hexagons. Make the medallions in may different colors using scraps of knitting worsted or, if desired, make them all in the same combination of colors. Color suggests for a four-color afghan are given. The finished afghan is made up of 175 medallions, 4-1/2 inches each, for an afghan measuring 40 x 60 inches. The corresponding pillow is 15 x 15 inches.
