Crochet Baby Layette, Jacket Bonnet Pillow Blanket

Crochet Baby Layette:    This pattern contains directions for crocheting the baby set pictured.   This design, vintage 1942, in pretty shell stitch, include baby jacket, a bonnet, a pillow and a blanket; all with braided ties.  The jacket is sized for baby with 20" chest; the blanket is 24 x 26 inches and the pillow cover is 15 x 11 1/2 inches.   Note:  Substitute any Perlette that matches the gauge. 

MATERIALS

• Lorraine Perlettet (All Rayon), 29 balls (Sacque 7 ½ balls; Bonnet 2 ½ balls; Carriage Cover 14 balls; Pillow Cover 5 balls). 
• Steel Crochet Hook, Size 6.
