Description

Crocheted Baskets:  This pattern contains directions for a starched crocheted basket to be made in two sizes. The basket is worked of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton in white and five pastel colors. Any combination of colors can be used.   Crochet a small basket measuring 7 x 8 inches, or a large at 7 x 12 inches. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 587 in 1952.   The pattern was included in the 1953 Laura Wheeler Designs Needlecraft Catalog.
