This is  Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5608 in 1943. 

MATERIALS: 4 1-oz. balls of light pink Zephyrdown (or 3 fold Saxony or Featherdown), 1 1/2 yd. of 3/4 inch ribbon, baby blue color; NEEDLE: Size F crochet hook.
