Crochet Bedcape Pattern No 5413

Crocheted Bedcape:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the bedcape pictured.  This light and airy design features a ribboned yoke, and beaded edges.  The pattern is written for small, medium and large size.  

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot No 5413 in 1953.  

Materials:  CHADWICK'S RED HEART NYLON, 3 Ply, SHRINK-AND-MOTH PROOF FINISH, Art. E. 260, 6 skeins (1 oz. "Tangle-Proof" Pull-Out Skeins) of No.802 Baby Blue for Small and Medium Sizes; 7 skeins for Large Size;   Clark's O.N.T. Plastic Crochet Hook No. 2;   5-1/2, (6, 6 3/4) yards of yellow ribbon, 1/4 inch wide;   3 hooks and eyes.
