Crochet Bedspread Pattern with Lacy Skirt No 3407

20th Century Chicago : This pattern contains directions to crochet the pattern required. The pattern, vintage 1940s from American Thread was officially named 20th Century Chicago with the following write-up: "For a room with a new idea, solid crochet, applique, and lacy border". Now, I'm not sure how that relates to Chicago, but I do know there is potential here. The top of this spread is worked in a solid crochet. To this, if you desire, an applique can be added (although no formal pattern is included other than sight). Work the wide lacy border and then create the bed skirt of lacy mesh.
