Crochet Butterfly Chair Set 3097

Crocheted Chair Set :  This pattern contains directions for a crocheted butterfly chair set. The wings of the butterfly and the arm rests are worked in the pineapple design. The set can be used on a buffet or vanity. It is worked of 30 Mercerized Crochet.  When completed, the chair back measures 12 x 16 inches and the arm rests are 6-1/2 x 7-1/2 inches each. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as The American Weekly 3097 in 1946.  

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: 2 (400 yard) balls of No 30 Mercerized Crochet Cotton and a No 10 steel crochet hook.
