Crochet Cape Pattern, Petal Collar Design 751

Crocheted Cape:  This pattern contains directions for making a lacy crocheted cape made of Knitting Worsted. Worked in a combination of puff stitch and knot stitch the cape is trimmed with black velvet ribbons.   The capelet is one-size.

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through catalogs and newspaper advertisements.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 751 in 1943.

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: 3 (3-3/4 ounce) skeins of yellow Knitting Worsted, a No. 5 bone crochet hook and 3 yards of black velvet ribbon 1/2 inch wide.
