Crochet Dainty Doily Pattern Design 1009

Crocheted Doily:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the doily pictured.  This design was named 'Simple Doily' for all the apparent reasons ... as easy crochet featuring a pretty flower center surrounded by dainty shells extending out to a scalloped border measuring 10 inches in diameter. Note:  the pattern was published in 'all caps'.

This is a Mail Order Pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Martha Madison 1009. 

Materials: 150 yards Mercerized Crochet Cotton No 30; Steel Crochet Hook No 12.
