Crochet Diamond Block Afghan Pillow Pattern

MATERIALS:  Bernat Nvlo Germantown, 13 2-oz. skeins Turquoise (A), 5 skeins Periwinkle Blue (B), 7 skeins White (C) for afghan and one pillow;   Aluminum crochet hook size 9 or J;   Foam rubber, 2" thick, 12" square or 2 squares, 1" thick;   Tapestry needle.
