Design 5055 - Flower Doilies :This pattern contains instructions to crochet the two doilies pictures above. Included is a Pansy and a Carnation motif doily. Each measure 8 1/4 inches and have their petite little flowers along the border. Both are a splash of color for your home decor.

This is a mail order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5055 in 1949.  

Materials - Carnation:   - 2 Balls Tatting Cotton, White;   - 2 Balls Tatting Cotton, Shaded Light Maroons;   - Steel Crochet Hook No. 12 (Standard Size). 

Materials - Pansy:   - Mercerized Crochet Cotton, Size 30 in following colors and amounts: 2 - 125 yd Balls White;   1 - 65 yd Ball Shaded Lavender, 1 - 65 yd Ball Shaded Yellows, 10 yds Green;   - Steel Crochet Hook No. 12 (Standard Size)
