Description

Crocheted Potholders:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the potholders pictured.  The pattern is actually one potholder worked in yellow, green and black crochet cotton with the second potholder worked in color reverse.  Each of the very easy potholders measure 7 inches each. 

This is a Mail Order Pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5395 in 1942.   The lengthy newspaper description:  "They're as gorgeous as big golden sunflowers - and a lot more practical to have in the kitchen!
