Description

Dressy Luncheon Set : This pattern contains instructions to crochet the luncheon set pictured above. The placemats have a deep border in an airy rice stitch. The center of the mat is plain mesh. This handmade set is as fine a piece ot have and cherish as imported lace. The original design is by Cecilia Vanek. The mats measures 18 x 13 inches each. 

Materials: American Thread Company "Star" Mercerized Crochet Cotton, Art. 30, size 30. Nine 75 yd. balls white will make 1 mat;   Susan Bates steel crochet hook No. 11.
