Crochet Lace Bed Jacket Pattern No R-2494

Crocheted Wool Bed Cape: This pattern contains instructions for crocheting the cape pictured. "Crochet this delectable looking bed cape in pretty pastel colors. This is a mail order pattern, purchased through newspapers and magazines. The pattern was marketed as Peggy Roberts R-2494 (Needlework Bureau) in 1949. 

Materials:   7 ounces of Pink 3 Ply Baby Wool;   1-1/2 yards of Blue Ribbon, 1 inch wide;   #00 Steel Crochet Hook.
