Crochet Lace-Up Slippers Pattern

Crocheted Slippers : This pattern contains directions to crochet the slippers shown. The pattern was originally issued as a one piece leaflet, No 97. I am thinking it is a mail order pattern of some type through Good Housekeeping. The pattern header indicates it is small size, however, gives no indication what size range that corresponds. These slippers are almost shoe like, featuring a sole, upper back, tongue, and vamp. They are lace up the front, and although the picture is on the drab side, look quite comfortable. Perhaps you'd like to give them a try.

Materials:   J.& P. COATS KNIT-CRO-SHEEN, 2 balls of any color;   MILWARD'S steel crochet hook No.6.

GAUGE: 8 ½ sts make 1"; 9 rows make 1".
