A honeymoon apron if ever there was one All crocheted, the apron has a delicate rose-leaf motif, and an inch and a half closely crocheted waistband edged with a narrow and very full ruffling. White satin ties complete the dainty, romantic effect. Crocheting is utterly simple-the cost is little. You'll make half a dozen of these charmers to use as gifts at shower parties, hostess "thank you" gifts.

Description

Crocheted Apron:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the apron pictured.   This half apron, a quite lacy affair in crochet cotton, has delicate edging and ribbon ties.

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot No 5185 in 1946.   You'll note that this pattern featured an actual picture of the finished apron, which was quite unusual.   Typically, only an illustration was given.
