Crochet Peacock Chair Set Pattern, Alice Brooks 7175

Crocheted Chair Set:  This pattern contains directions for a chair set in No. 30 Cotton. Two peacocks form chair back, a single one each arm rest; they are worked in the pineapple design. Use set on a buffet if desired.   The finished chair back will measure 11 x 13-1/2 and the arm rests are 6-1/2 by 11-1/2. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7175 in 1947.  "First step forward to a lovelier room - a handsome chair set!  This one in fascinating crochet in your favorite pineapple stitch.  Single peacock for the arms, a pair for the chair back".
