Description

Doily : This pattern contains directions to crochet the doily pictured. This pretty doily starts with a 5 1/2 in piece of round linen. To this add a connecting border and 8 pineapples to form the finished doily that measures 15-1/2 inches in diameter. This is a delightful piece, perfect to accent your favorite dish or vase. The pattern is vintage 1946 from The Spool Cotton Company.

Materials:

  • J. & P. COATS OR CLARK'S O.N.T. BEST SIX CORD MERCERIZED CROCHET, Size 30: Small Ball: J. & P. COATS-3 balls of White, Ecru or color, or CLARK'S O.N.T. 5 balls of White, Ecru or color of your choice.
  • Steel Crochet Hook No. 10 ...
  • A piece of linen 5 ½ inches in diameter.
