Crochet Pineapple Flower Bedspread Medallion Pattern

Pineapple Frosting:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the spread pictured.   The design is created in large 11-1/4 inch medallions that are joined to create single or double spreads (or size of your choice).  Instructions include the frilly ruffle around the edges, as well as half blocks.  The blocks, without ruffle would also create attractive doily and/or runners.  

Materials:  J. & P. COATS "KNIT-CRO-SHEEN," Art. A.64, For Single Size Spread, 62 x 109 inches, 72 balls of No. 9 Yellow, For Double Size Spread, 84 x 109 inches, 85 balls of No. 9 Yellow;   Milwards Steel Crochet Hook No. 7.
