Crochet Pineapple Flower Doilies, Alice Brooks 7372

Crocheted Doilies:  This pattern contains directions for two crocheted doilies worked in shell stitch and chain loops. Combine doilies to form luncheon or buffet sets; use either fine or heavy cotton.   The doilies can be made in three sizes each of large and small.   The large doilies are 15, 17 and 23 inches and the small 10-1/2, 12 and 16 inches in diameter. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.   This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7372. It was also included in the Alice Brooks 1952 Designs Catalog.  The newspaper description: "A new doily you'll use with pride.  Really simple crochet too, all done in shell stitch and chain loops.  For buffet or table.  Be first in your town to have this new lunch or buffet set".
