Crochet Pineapple Shell Doily, Alice Brooks 7295

Crocheted Doilies:  This pattern contains directions for two matching crocheted doilies worked in the easy pineapple design and shell stitch. They can be made in fine or heavy cotton.  Depending upon materials selected, the small doilies will measure 11, 13 or 17 inches and the large doilies will be 17, 19 or 25 inches in diameter.   

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7295 in 1956.  The newspaper description:  "Set an elegant table with this doily of easy crochet! Pineapples form the central design; with a pretty border of shell stitches.
