This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5708.   "Designed to be your favorite tablecloth! Materials: Six Cord Mercerized Crochet Cotton, Size 30, Big Ball - 24 balls of White, Ecru or Cream;  Steel Crochet Hook No. 10.
