Crochet Pinwheel Bedspread Medallion Design 7707

Crochet Medallion Pattern:  These crocheted medallions are to be made of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton or of No. 30 Mercerized Crochet Cotton. When joined together the medallions form bedspreads, cloths, scarfs, pillows and many other household articles.   Crochet this medallion at 6-1/2 or 3-3/4 inches.  

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.   The pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7707.  

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: Unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton in (500 yard) skeins and a No. 8 steel crochet hook, or No. 30 Mercerized Crochet Cotton and a No. 12 steel crochet hook.   Each large medallion requires approximately 40 yards of heavy cotton or 25 yards of fine cotton; each small medallion requires approximately 6 yards of heavy cotton or 4 yards of fine cotton:
