Description

Crocheted Rug:  This shell stitch crocheted rug can be made either of four strands of Crochet and Knitting Cotton, of Candlewick or of rags. The rug is made in squares and overcast together; the border is worked on after all the squares have been joined. If desired the rug can be made larger by joining more squares. Included in the pattern are a few color suggestions.  The squares measure 5 inches -- create rugs per pattern, or in sizes of your choice.  Instruction for rag rug included.
