Crochet Slippers, Thong Sandals Pattern No P-103

Crocheted Slippers:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the slippers pictured.  There are two styles here - a pair of slippers made of afghan squares in a flower motif, and flower motifs attached together to create a pair of thong sandals.   Directions are written for size small, with changes for medium, and large in parenthesis. 

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through the Parade Magazine insert.  It was marketed as P-103 in 1954.

Materials: Reynold'S VERSAILLES:(3-ply, 50 gram balls), 1 Ball each of Black (A); and White (B) or Reynold"s CHANSON: (60% Virgin wool, 40% Rhovyl Vinyon) (50-gram balls) 1 Ball Blue (C). Small Amount of Cardboard or Inner Soles. NEEDLE: Aluminum Crochet Hook #H.
