Crochet Tablecloth Pattern of Square Motifs

Dinner Cloth No 7736:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the tablecloth pictured.   The cloth is made of easy to crochet 4-1/2 inch square motifs that are then joined to form a cloth that measures 70 x 80 inches (per directions).   You can always, of course, create a cloth, scarves or mats in any size you desire. 

Materials:

•  J. & P. COATS OR CLARK'S O.N.T. BEST SIX CORD MERCERIZED CROCHET, Size 20, Small Ball: J. & P. COATS-92 balls of White or Ecru, or CLARK'S O.N.T.-132 balls of White or Ecru. Big Ball: J. & P. COATS, 46 balls of White, Ecru or Cream 
• Steel Crochet Hook No. 9.
